After being a loyal customer and bringing Universal multiple friends, I feel completely betrayed by the last experience (spent over $1300 last trip alone). Our car was damaged and scratched while being serviced this week. The owner Kevin's remedy was to wipe the scratch down with a wet cloth after agreeing to have it professionally addressed. After 5 days of inconvenience and lack of communication the car looks the same and universal will not respond or communicate about the situation. Now I'm have to take it to get repairs and have my attorney address the situation.
